摘要：A mounting structure for a pedal device (10) including a pedal (12) and a bracket(14) and configured to mount the pedal device on a dash panel (32) such that the dash
panel is sandwiched by and between the bracket and a master cylinder device (30), themounting structure including: a plurality of fastening rods (38) for fastening the bracketand the master cylinder device; and a plurality of collars (52) interposed between thedash panel and the bracket for spacing the dash panel and the bracket apart from eachother, the fastening rods extending through the collars, wherein the collars include a pairof collars, and wherein one of the pair of collars has an extending portion (54a; 54b; 54c;54d; 54e) extending along the dash panel in a direction away from the other of the pair ofcollars and functioning as a reinforcing member for reducing deformation of the dashpanel caused when the pedal is stepped on.
