Good morning , professors.
I am very glad to be here for this interview. First of all, please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is XXX, 21years old. I come from xinyang, a beautiful city of Henan Province. Perhaps most of you have heard Xinyang Maojian tea. It’s the special local product of my hometown. I was born in a small village at the foot of the Dabie mountains. There are green mountains , carved rivers and beautiful tea-gardens. I am very proud of it.
Now, I am a student of Henan university and I will graduate in June this year. My major is tourism management. In the past 3 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET4 , CET6 and learned a lot of professional knowledge and practical skills, but gradually, I realize it is not enough. As i said before,i come from a small mountain village and it was very poor. But now with the development of tourism,it’s getting better and better. there are many scenic spots,such as the Huayang lake, the west Jiuhua mountain. More and more natives have their own job related to tourism,someone of them became the boss of a hotel and someone worked as a receptionist in the scenic spot. In a word, great changes have taken place in my hometown and the economy has grown rapidly. But there are also some problems. For example,the tourism planning is not very innovative,the tourism publicity is not sufficient and so on. But for me,all that i can do is just finding out these problems,i still cannot think out the way to solve them. So i realize i need to study further,that’s why i came here. I know the tourism management of shaanxi normal university is excellent and i can broad my view in tourism ,and enhance my research ability here.
If my application is successful, I will do my best to join the new group and be good at postgraduate study. Thank you very much.
